- Baby Tomatoes
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Olive Oil
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Lemon Juice
- Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
- Cracked Black Pepper
1) Combine spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and pumpkin seeds in bowl.
2) Mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice for dressing.
3) Top salad with dressing, sea salt and pepper.
