Gluten Free & Vegan Coconut Turmeric Jackfruit Review
I tried the Eat Wholesome Food Co, Coconut Turmeric Jackfruit and I'm going to have to give it 5/5 stars! It was delicious, super easy to make and I felt amazing all night after eating it.
This meat substitute is gluten-free, vegan, organic, soy-free and has no added sugar. The ingredients are super simple; young jackfruit, coconut milk, purified water, turmeric, spices, onion, garlic, curry leaves and sea salt.
I've been keeping a box of this in the fridge every week for the nights I just don't feel like cooking but still want something tasty and healthy. I made my bowl with the cooked jackfruit, roasted yams, butter lettuce, cucumber, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
