Fully Loaded Sweet Potato Toasts

If you have a toast addiction and a gluten allergy/sensitivity then this will be your new favorite go to meal! Sweet potatoes make a great alternative for toast and you can top it with just about anything you want. I've chosen to make savoury and sweet to hit all the cravings.

Ingredients:

- sweet potato (desired amount - I used one medium sized one here)

- avocado

- sprouts

- hemp seeds

- Himalayan pink salt

- cracked black pepper

- lemon juice

- almond butter

- banana

- cinnamon


Directions:

1) Cut sweet potato in toast shapes. (the skinner = the more crispy)

2) Add sweet potato to the air fryer and cook on air fry mode at 390 degrees for approx. 10 minutes or until crispy. (cook in oven at 425 degrees until crispy if you don't have an air fryer)

3) Top cooked sweet potato toasts with desired toppings.


SWEET: almond butter, banana, hemp seeds, cinnamon

SAVOURY: avocado, sprouts, hemp seeds, Himalayan pink sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice
