I might be a little bit obsessed with klamata olives right now, so this Greek inspired salad is right up my alley! This is the perfect lunch when I'm running short on time or want something refreshing and quick.
- Klamata Olives
- Flax Seeds
- Hemp Seeds
- Olive Oil
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1) Cut of spinach, tomatoes and cucumbers.
2) Top veggies with olives, flax seeds and hemp seeds.
3) Sprinkle with oregano, sea salt and pepper.
4) Top with lemon juice, olive oil and vinegar.
