Looking for a morning or mid-day pick me up? This green refresher drink is perfect for those busy days when you're on the go. Get your greens in, increase your energy and detox your body. Feel free to adjust the amounts of each ingredient based on what you want, just make sure it's blended well with water.
- 1/2 cup celery
- 2/3 cup cucumber
- 1 cup of greens
- 1 tbsp of flax seeds
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 1 cup of water
*Pro Tip: Freeze cut up celery & cucumber so it's always ready to use in smoothies.

1) Add celery, cucumber, greens, flax seeds, lemon juice and water to blender.
2) Blend until smooth
3) Pour into glass and top with a lemon wedge and fresh mint.
